You have a swing that starts shallow and ends deep, making it a deep swing. This means your angle of attack back down towards the ball on the downswing is also going to be steep. The problem is, with steep downswings you don't want too much lower body rotation too early because it will force you to compensate by coming over the top which is what I'm seeing here.
