Here are some resources I'm using which has brought me a long way in a short time so far. [free-online-golf-tips.com] ▶ this video It's a bunch of random stuff at the moment but I have gone through so many of them all quite a few times. Youre already recording your range sessions which will be a tremendous help to you at home. Crack a beer or something and spend some time watching videos of your swings next to a few …

Sore back is a tough one. Not a doctor, but I'll say you're far from the first. I would watch a lot of Pardraig Harrington vids on YT, since he is one of several pros who had to reform his swing as he aged. I found the one piece delivery torquey and heavily timing dependent. Start with Paddy on the grip. Shoulders look slumped, but it's hard to find a more athletic position that doesn't unwind from the shoulders. I …

Someone else will be able to explain this better than me, but your backswing is going too far. You can see the club head whipping around your body. This is going to make getting consistent contact very difficult. ▶ this video Look at where the top of Tiger’s swing is. Sometimes staring at this video over and over helps me.

Your weight is way out on the balls of your feet, almost on your toes. This makes it physically impossible to rotate your hips and upper body through the downswing and impact. The only way you can close the face in time before impact is to flip the club with your hands to make up for the lack of rotation. Look at how McIroy, Woods, Adam Scott set up at address and where their weight is on their feet. Watch ▶ this …

When you rotate back you start to stand up, completely changing your line of sight on the ball. Also, when your arms reach the top, the club continues wrapping around your head because you’re rotating your wrists. This could be leading to opening the face at contact. Finally, Right before you make contact it looks like all of your body weight is on your front foot. If you watch this Tiger Woods swing, you’ll see he …

Yes it is worth it to change your grip, although you will have to make the change slowly if you really want to commit. First you need to understand why the ball is hooking with this grip. The ball is spinning left because the clubface is closed at impact. The motion that closes the clubface is supination of the left arm before impact. Starting with a strong grip basically means that you are starting with the …

Totally! You're obviously a skilled player! My point is that you're skilled at rescuing a disadvantageous swing path. You can make it easier on yourself. Looking at your swing some more, your hands dive right out towards the ball from the top of your backswing. Watch Tiger's hands in the transition from the top of the backswing to the downswing: ▶ this video They move almost straight down towards the ground. Your …

The reason you are "air fucking" is because of the way you sequence the movement of your body in your downswing, you and I have the same problem. You start the swing almost entirely with your arms coming down. You need to start the swing with your weight shifting more to your front leg and your hips rotating around, especially the hips as I don't see a lot of rotation in the beginning of the down swing. Focusing on …

I’d be reluctant to say it would make a huge difference, but if your clubs are keeping you from swinging naturally or correctly, that is a major issue. Hard for me to tell if that’s the case from a video. Check out this video of tigers swing in slow mo to see what I mean about the hips. I’d skip to 2min 5 seconds ▶ this video

I usually shoot anywhere in the 70s, finished last season scratch, for my credentials. Given your swing and that you already tuck your elbow and have the basics down-- Fire your hips a bit more on the downswing and be sure to shift your weight. Remember that of the two arms, it's the left that does the work on the way down and think about pulling with your left arm without using the right for power, just for …

You’re so close to having a good swing, but your close path be VERTICAL boy! ▶ this video Look at the DTL angle and notice how you can barely even see his club head at the top of his swing because it’s even with his wrist, as opposed to yours where your club head is damn near over your head. This makes you come over the top severely. The good news is your swing bath doesn’t seem to be too bad which probably explains …

I compared you and Tiger Woods. Your lower body is ahead of your upper body. If you go right before impact, you’ve already rotated your hips and transferred the weight in your feet almost all the way around. And then from there to the frame after impact your hips completely stop- because there really isn’t anywhere for them to go and still allow you to hit the ball. It looks like your upper body has to be really …
