▶ this video jump to 25 seconds (spieth iron shot) his wrists and arm are "quiet" during take away, the face of the club matches the angle of of his spine. At the top of swing, his back is facing target (cause he is turning with hips not arms) and then his down swing starts from the lower body up. its a really hard sport but keep at it.

You have a good foundation of a swing. Work on your footwork. Nothing in sports should be done from your heels. Watch how a pro uses their legs and feet. If you're blocking it left you're not rotating through the ball. Your tempo is a little rushed. Think 3:1 backswing to downswing. ▶ this video

You see how you impact the ball and the hips are still square to the camera? They only rotate on the follow through. The hips should be turning and leading the swing. You’re missing out on power because of this! Watch this slow motion video and you’ll see the pros slightly leading the swing with hip rotation. A by product of not clearing the hips is a bit of early extension and wrist flicking. All of this is a lot …

Lot of good advice on weight transfer and positioning, but not a lot of comments about your head movement. You do have a lot of lateral and unexpected head movement occurring, so I'd definitely address that too. Look how comparatively stable the tour pros' heads are during their swing in comparison to your video. ▶ this video

You're sliding with a soft front leg. The front leg should straighten or lock as you make contact. That will kick your hips around a little more and make more consistency AND power. All good long hitters lock or kick their front leg right before contact. You're just a \little\ handsy at impact and I suspect that's done to "get the club face closed" when your hips stall (due to the slide mentioned above). Lots of …

Almost every one of these guys in the link below is at 90 degrees with arms parallel. Sure, one piece takeaway neutralizes the wrist hinge immediately and gives width but then once club is parallel the wrist hinges up from there to the backswing 90 degree point (a little less than 90 is ok). ▶ this video There used to be a drill called the 90-90 drill that played on arms parallel in backswing to arms parallel on …
