Coming over the top in the downswing leading to a steep shaft coming into impact which will cause early extension of the hips and a flip. Over the top also causes an out to in club path which glances the ball and causes spin that leads to a slice/fade. You need to drop the hands as your first move in the downswing not bring them out.
