A lot from my coach layered on to Mark speaking about this problem in away that just clicked with me: ▶ this video

Looks like your not rotating on either backswing or downswing and that's clear from the early extension. I stumbled on this vid from Crossfield that I've never heard anyone mention before ▶ this video This will help get your butt back and stack back on the downswing. On the backswing try taking the weight off your lead foot. That will put the majority of pressure on your backfoot as you get the right hip back.

These are / were my same issues. I realized it stems from my hip causing my trail shoulder to push out. Adding some butt wink in your setup (aka pelvic tilt) basically fixes it completely and allows you to come through the ball with shoulder tilt. This explains the issue. ▶ this video This is the fix I found most effective. ▶ this video

Try pausing your swing at the top. Hideki style. Rushing your upper body leads to your shoulders being steep. ▶ this video Or check your hip bend ▶ this video Or try to incorporate a left hip bump. ▶ this video si=GdCmdA4XI91TWKgq Or try figure 8 drill ▶ this video

You gotta try to learn a feeling that allows you to swing out to left field (think baseball). Second half of this may help (where Mark talks about the split hands drill): ▶ this video
