Find something to hit into and use foam balls! They are a great way to transition from no ball into real ball because you can launch them without feeling the need to swing hard. Foam balls and freezer swings (stopping a the top for a good 2-3 seconds) are hands down the best way to incorporate new swing mechanics/feels imo. Tiger on the freeze drill ▶ this video

Lot to like here. If I were you, I’d do some basic drills to get a few feels. Keep that takeaway clean with ball pushback drill. Tiger had a similar issue and did a pause drill with Butch Harmon where he’d get to to the top of his …

As a drill for getting his body sync'd better with his harms, Butch Harmon used to make Tiger pause at the top of his swing for x of seconds before having him continue his sequence. It might help your path to a better rhythm for your transition? ▶ this video

▶ this video Long and complicated explanation to what you’re doing. Or you can watch that video and do that drill. You’re getting close to having a banger of a swing and most of your issues can be solved there.
