Narrow your stance and rotating will be easier. Practice this every day and your swing will be more powerful. Wall drill ▶ this video Good luck!

First move looks like your picking the club up, swaying off the ball, and little to no hip rotation. Personally I would focus on working on getting the hips rotated correctly. Good drill to work on this is to stand about an inch or so from a wall and do a practice swing. You should feel your right butt cheek against the wall in the backswing position. From there you rotate through impact and should feel your butt …

You are moving far too much towards the ball. Look at the tree in the background for reference: your bum is on the right edge of the tree at address, but before impact there is a large gap between your bum and tree. a good exercise is to get a chair, or stand against the wall to maintain posture. ▶ this video Cheers

As you’ve read, hips are the biggest issue and you bend your left arm and start your down swing with your wrist to compensate for lack of hip rotation. I posted a link to a wall drill that was basically what my first lesson was… you can also take a half or quarter swing and focus on keeping your wrists completely hinged thru contact to over exaggerate the feeling of ‘lag’ to help address your casting. ▶ this video
