As he has gotten older, less flexible, and added a larger stomach, I think he has rotated less in his back swing. I think his left palm needs to be facing down at the top of the swing. Another way to say it is that his right palm needs to be facing down at the top of the back swing. His back swing isn't in the right spot, so he is coming over the top and slicing. ▶ this video.
