▶ this video Concepts and intentions go a long way for most golfers. If your intention is to beat that ball like it owes you money, then you're succeeding. If you want to swing the club and let the ball get in the way, you'll need to learn to do so. You're fighting physics and getting your ass kicked as far as accomplishing your stated goal. ▶ this video ▶ this video [preview.redd.it]

Watch ▶ this video and see if you can change your path. My advice would be to do this at 10% speed at first and dink the ball 20-30 yards until you can get the movement. Video yourself and check regularly that your hands are dropping down the green line in the photo. [preview.redd.it]

Chopping movement will be tough to break. Even those of us that have been playing for years struggle with that. It'll be really uncomfortable to do, it'll feel like a new swing, but once you figure it out, you'll be rockin' and rollin' in no time. ▶ this video

Most amateurs driver miss is some form of a slice, the reason for that is because there are multiple causations. Some people have a neutral path but struggle with club face control, and others vice versa. For me personally, at the moment, it’s this: ▶ this video I’ve got a tendency to fire my shoulders from the top and I get a bit stuck as a result.
