OP - I think it’s a combination of being disconnected, period. Instead of a glove in one armpit - try twisting up the chest of your shirt and tucking it into your armpits and keep it taught all the way through your swing. sometimes I’ll do this on the course if I find I’ve struggled to find my swing in a round. Also, this ▶ this video I found extremely helpful for getting my right side in, and ▶ this video glove …

I've seen both, learned it from Morikawa but I can't find the specific video because in that one he used the trail arm but on the one below he used the lead arm. Ben Hogan used a towel under both so I'm sure any combination can help a lot. It literally fixed my kids swing instantly(when he doesn't try to kill the ball) ▶ this video

Overall solid and athletic With that swing you should be a 12-15. To lower your scores faster Work on course strategy (Decade golf on YOUTube) missing in the correct spots will do more faster than long term swing corrections. From a swing POV.- You have the issue that Collin Morikawa has- getting outside/disconnected. Try the towel drill or this link where he explains- it should help ▶ this video

Don’t let em get to you! There’s plenty to work on but that’s understandable for a new golfer. Because I can’t see your grip, I would suggest starting with keeping your arms “connected” - here’s an example of a drill from that would help you do so: ▶ this video If you don’t want to get it, try your best to simulate.

Takeaway Collin Morikawa - ▶ this video I think he (and DJ) bowed wrist is likely not advised to emulate but you can get takeaway and plane
