Practice swing doesn’t mean anything, your body reacts to the ball, in a practice swing there’s nothing there so you can have a face in a bad situation and have no consequences. The immediate thing I see is your clubface flopping open at the top, this is a really bad camera angle so it’s hard to tell. You may want to try an open handed drill, here’s a good one: ▶ this video

The athletic motion golf channel on YouTube has the actual 3D motion capture data from dozens and dozens of pros and high level amateurs. So they would be a great resource. Also realize the arms do move across your chest, but just way less than you were likely doing before. So your hands should move from the middle …

You basically mean this drill then. Sometimes called the Hell drill. ▶ this video Your trail hand shouldn’t be underneath the club like this even if you did the drill. If that was the result then you were using it somehow to cheat the drill, the drill can be done perfectly fine with a much weaker trail hand grip.

For 3 months that's not bad. As for the foot being down or not, you might be getting some poor advice if you're really worried about it. Jack lifted his front foot, he was pretty good. ▶ this video As for slicing, could be lots of things contributing, but likely your grip is the first thing to check. Watch some videos about proper neutral grip, and being able to manipulate the clubface. Last thing is sequencing. …
