Doing the drill has not ruined swings, doing the drill wrong maybe has but that’s a teaching issue not a drill issue. Are you saying Ben Hogan didn’t know what he was talking about? My father was a teaching pro for close to 30 years. Just retired in 2017. He learned directly from the likes of Haney, Leadbetter etc. They taught this drill. Como teaches this drill.
