On the downswing, try bringing your hands and clubs down parallel to your feet line. Instead of focusing on the clubhead hitting the ball, just focus on your hand path. Try this drill, it did wonders for me ▶ this video.

▶ this video is the number one thing that helped me get the feel of bringing the club down shallow and swinging in to out. Literally gained around 20 yards per club after a few goes in the range. Really gives you the feeling you need and stop coming OTT.

You’re not turning properly and you’re coming out of posture at the top too but your setup looks pretty good, I can’t tell how the grip, but you should be able to watch these videos and jump right in.
