I find this video pretty helpful: ▶ this video It forces that right leg to straighten, which creates that hip rotation. Best of luck!

Don't listen to people saying your face is open at the bottom. That ball is headed for left-centerfield before the spin takes over. That tells you it's not a face problem. It's the trail hip. Look at this video: ▶ this video

At the top of your backswing, your driver is pointing about 30 degrees left of your target line. From there, it's almost impossible to not slash across the ball, which is exactly what you're doing. I can't see your ball flight, but it's probably a big, high, weak slice. For comparison, look at how Rory's club head is inside his hands at the top, while yours is well outside. ▶ this video

Start with your backswing. I’ve never in my life seen a good golfer that wraps their hands around the back of their head. Check out how Rory stalls his hands and keeps his left arm straight in the backswing. ▶ this video After this you need to work on rotating properly. You have a very hands driven swing and if you slow down and watch his swing you’ll see his wrists are not that active.

Your swing looks great, though as others said the first thing I noticed was your head moving. I took some screenshots and compared your swing with McIlroy's. Take my comments with a grain of salt. I'm not a teacher or anything, but I played on my High School golf team (40+ years ago) and I enjoy studying the pros and how they swing the club. Start of Downswing You can really see the difference in your head position …

Honestly at this stage just watch ▶ this video. Write down as many details that are different between your swing and his swing as you can find. Each day you practice go down the list of differences and work on correcting them one at a time.

Watch Rory’s swing. Everyone can learn something from his. But this is how I mean by finishing high. Your arms and club are low and wrapped around your body. [preview.redd.it] ▶ this video

Here’s a random video of Rory - note how his head stays in the same spot for most of the swing: ▶ this video Then watch your video, and see how far your head moves, particularly during the backswing. I agree with the other comment - more forward lean when you address the ball would help, so your head isn’t so high to begin with.

I’m saying if you really watch any pro - pga, lpga, champions, any of them - they do not end up closer to the ball in the pelvis or either hip at impact than they were at address. They rotate about their tailbone in the backswing, essentially, so the minuscule forward movement of their lead hip forward is undone (and then some) in the downswing. This allows a pro the time to be open in the hips with tremendous …

Justin Rose pump drill. Keep back to target much longer. Start at address w/less knee bend. You can’t get your hips very deep in the backswing because your butt is too far back at address. Get right hip deeper in backswing. At transition ‘sit/squat’ more the ‘fire’ with right hip. Watch DTL of Rory iron swings. He increases his hip bend at the transition (sits/squats into transition). ▶ this video

▶ this video Rory stays up, and dips a little in the down swing and pushes off the ground through impact. It’s different.

I agree on the swing and the course management suggestions. The \\only\\ thing I can see is that you hinge forward slightly at the waist as you start the downswing which makes you a little compressed. If you want to hold Rory up, this video of lots of his swings ▶ this video is nice, you can see that he rotates around the angle of his spine, but the angle of upper body to lower body rarely changes.
