Outside of all other comments that I agree with, severely over the top, you are not "compressing" the ball. You are "sweeping" through it. My friend explained it to me as if I am "pinching" the ball between the club and ground even though your are technically not doing that. After I started doing that, I added 20 yards to every iron and got better as I started fixing my swing. ▶ this video

My understanding is that scooping will never be as efficient and get the expected ball flight (especially with shorter irons) relative to a proper negative AoA. This goes into why very well ▶ this video

I think in general you have a decent swing. The biggest problem I see is that at your impact position, your left wrist most likely breaks too early (casting, scooping up). Search for videos YouTube on correct impact position for compressing the golf ball. Here’s one. ▶ this video

You’re releasing your club too early and not getting enough compression on the ball. You need to hold your hinge longer and drive your hands through the ball and then release the club toward the target. It will give you great compression and add a lot of yardage to your irons. Also this is shot preference but your hands are finishing very high most likely causing a high ball flight. Try finishing with your hands …

A couple of other major ticket items that would be good to build in are 1) learning to keep your hips on line and eliminating your early hip extension. See video below for what I'm talking about ▶ this video 2) eliminating the wrist flick in your release and getting them in a better position. Gold standard is to have both wrists over your left leg at impact. ▶ this video
