Turning like another redditor said is a good feel, so think back as in towards your butt, not towards the right side. For me, this video from Titleist also helped where I load like I'm about to jump. It prevented my sway since if I swayed, I would "jump" worse versus loading properly. Helped me with the timing of my hands too. ▶ this video

A good workout to get the feels down. Very awkward at first, but it helps a ton. ▶ this video

Distance comes from power, power comes from the ground mostly. AS it currently stands you do not use your lower half at all. ▶ this video This video is the best instruction out there on how to use the ground in your swing. One thing I found after trying these drills is that he undersells how much you need to shift to the left when actually hitting a golf ball, or you'll bottom out the club way too early.

So this is the weird thing about the golf swing, most ppl who early extend are pushing with their lead leg way too late. A golf swing is a very small amount of time, to the point that I think most struggle with trying to think of movements as a step by step process when you don’t have time to be doing that. Will link a video below as well that captures the overall motion, but (the haters will jump on this) you want …

Watch and learn about the kinematic sequence from Dr. Greg Rose at Titleist. YouTube.com/MyTPI. Specifically : ▶ this video He breaks down what is in this winning comment from musclesturtleler. He also describes and shows how Pro's push off the ground with their feet, and spoiler, it's opposite of most amateurs. Your front leg has to be so loaded that you should be able to use your lead leg to squat and turn and …

Ever pick up an ax or sledge hammer over head and slam it down in front of you? Did you squat as it loaded over you and then jump as it snapped down hard? How about medicine ball slams? That's what it is. Watch how these guys jump to slam the ax down: ▶ this video ▶ this video ▶ this video

I have a goofy sequence I like. Step 1, I practice creating rotational power by envisioning sending my center of mass rotating forward on the same plane as my golf swing. Like, if I were standing on a platform in outer space in a weightless environment, the power I create would send me spinning outwards into infinity on the intended plane of my club. I get into a golf stance, but just keep my elbows flared (don't …

You need to push up and back through your left leg and you need to do it way sooner. You are creating a lot of speed but by the time it gets to the club you’ve already hit the ball. Make more vertical forces and make them earlier : ▶ this video
