I had a nasty slice, and I change the feels for my driver and it really solved a lot. I watched this video: ▶ this video and one by bryson: ▶ this video The feel for me that fixed my path was to feel like i'm bringing the club head straight back, not wraping it around my body and behind me. Try to create the space under your left armpit in the videos. Then on the way down I focus on swinging out. The other thing I …

▶ this video So it’s really a distance video but the moves are so exaggerated that it really makes some things click like a wide take away fast tempo, pause at the top as your body settles back, then how to rip through the hips. I practice this on the Matt’s and then on the course I take it down a notch for more consistency. For me what really helped me hit straight consistently is always feeling my back swing …

Brysons the best to listen to for most power/driving related mechanics, to me: ▶ this video

Are you talking about the squat in the backswing? That is not recommended by the longer hitters. You’ll hear Martin Borgmeier, Kyle Berkshire and Bryson Dechambeau talk about this. They say you want to go up in the backswing, down in the downswing, and then up at impact for maximum power. For consistency purposes you probably want to stay more level in the backswing. Your set up looks very much like Bryson’s since …

You have the classic early extension, flip move. You generate force by coming up and out of your posture, but you want to work on swinging then club around you more at an angle. Bryson talks about it succinctly ▶ this video, though he's focusing on hitting as far as possible. Drive with the left foot away from the ball to get the club moving around. ▶ this video

You can create a ton of torque by throwing the momentum of your body forward while the club is still traveling backwards. AKA - rip open the hips while you’re not fully at the top of the backswing yet. You’re effectively retaining the momentum of the backswing and re-routing it in your downswing, by throwing your body weight into the ground and then up through the handle. Bryson talks about this in a few videos. …

Im always curious, how far do you think pros hit their driver reliably? If youre saying youre able to hit yours 270 then Im not really sure how far you think you should be able to hit it. ▶ this video is a video for you but notice how he says "you'll be hitting over 200 in no time". 270 consistently with driver is great man

I think Bryson has a video on part of your problem. Looks like you aren't pushing off with your lead foot and all your weight is staying forward. Great for an iron swing when you want that steep angle of attack. Not great for the driver though. Right around the 3m mark in the video he talks about what I'm trying to say. ▶ this video
