Oh man the first vid I found gave me chills ▶ this video Describes/shows perfectly how swinging backwards gets you perfectly organize yourself into the back swing. It's how I would reset myself when I get too in my own head (i.e. "control") I 100% subscribe to his stuff despite only watch in bits and pieces in the past. Excited to go down this rabbit hole, I feel there is going to be quite a few eureka moments …
