You’re early extending and slowing the club down through the contact zone. You can freeze frame at impact and you’re straight up and feet disconnected from the ground. Just watched this earlier and it’ll give you some things to think about ▶ this video Pay close attention to what he says at the beginning about club face and path.

Lots of comments here are mostly true, but not super helpful for correcting the problem (except the guy who said to move the sheet out of the way. That’s legit 😂). The problem you have is that you are flipping at the ball with your arms. This means all your power is coming from your arms and not from the larger muscles in your body and legs. To me, "casting" implies that you're pulling super hard from the top and coming across it at least a little bit. That's easiest to see from behind. Again, you could have both issues, but what I really see here is what I would call "flipping into impact". Here's a video discussing the issue: ▶ this video

Looks like you are trying to flick your wrist through it too. Let the club rotate naturally and finish with your club all the way through. Check this link below. ▶ this video I’d also look at a video to get a stronger grip.

Be careful, there's some pretty random advice on here. Solid swing overall... if lessons are an option I'd highly recommend them. The two basic issues I see (amateur opinion btw) are 1 a VERY small reverse pivot. This can lead into the major thing affecting your ability to be accurate, which is that you're heavily using your right hand/wrist to square the clubface. This isn't really done at high level golf any more …
