Rotation is stalling and you’re flipping just before impact. ▶ this video Get a piece of PVC or unscrew the handle from your kitchen broom. Swing your swing and it’ll crack you in the ribs. Rotate through and keep the hands slightly ahead and you’ll be hitting rockets on your next range trip with less effort.
