I am working on the same issue in my swing. What you lack here is "release", which is to say for you downswing through impact is kinda wooden as you try to maintain the club angle and swing it through the shot. Google around for "handle dragging". Once you start relaxing your grip and arms and shoulders and let your wrists roll freely this will look much smoother and not stunted in the follow through. ▶ this video
