Try this swing thought from Rory to help: ▶ this video Swing looks good though! What helped me get less inside was the above video and realizing my left bicep didn’t need to always come across my chest. Once I was willing to get my bicep the tiniest bit away from my chest (armpit still tight), my hands could stay in front of me finally.

I heard the term "swing thought" and I find that is an important part of the routine. For me some years the swing thought is a bit different than other years (focus on the dimple of the ball I want to hit vs. feel like im pulling back for example), but it at least distracts me from having 1000 swing thoughts. ▶ this video

▶ this video I got the idea from a few videos of Rory. He talks about in the early backswing. I like the feeling throughout the backswing and transition.

This sub can sound like a broken record some times with this problem but that’s because most golfers that start have a similar issue to you (and me),the inside takeaway. The club head is well inside your hands at parallel, although the angle of video is not perfect, and that causes a multitude of problem. The biggest issue is coming down steep and outside in and hitting slices. I try to focus on keep the club head …

First thought I had was like the commenter above. First thing I thought of was this video cuz the club does get behind you very quickly. ▶ this video

I saw your other swing and comparatively this one is better but, it's still bad. The first thing you do in this swing bend down from your stance to hinge your wrist when you should be hinging your wrist at P3. To solve this just copy what Rory does in this video: ▶ this video You're shooting worse because you got used to your current swing. You either overhaul it now to eventually improve later or continue with what …

Takeaway is very inside which is going to cause exactly the issues you are seeing. I’d try Rory’s driver swing thought to help correct this and aim for your hands to be over your feet, closer to your heels, when swinging. Rory driver thought: ▶ this video
