This is a good place to start. ▶ this video Padraig has a lot of very solid tips to follow but don't go too quickly. This one will take a good month of just swinging in the yard. But you don't need a ball.

Dont bend over? It looks very tense… I think some times its better to start fresh than try to change or fix something. Padraig Harrington has very good and simple videos on a natural and free and easy swing for beginners or people wanting to really fix things. Maybe take a look and see if this wouldnt help get the proper feel for you? ▶ this video

Flexibility is an underrated aspect of a good golf swing, but from what I'm seeing here I think it's more mental than physical. Have a watch of ▶ this video and see if you can get that flowy feeling that Padraig is talking about.

At address you seem to be kinda far from the ball and reaching, so when you swing you're probably compensating for that which causes shanks and other poor strikes. It's kind of counterintuitive, as you'd think standing farther away would cure the shanks, but it can do the opposite. You just need to get in the correct spot and then make tiny adjustments with setup until you can trust your clubpath to be in the middle …
