I disagree with OP about the grip. Your right hand is a little on the strong side but as long as it’s in your fingers that’s a perfectly fine grip. As others have stated the best thing you can do is work on weight transfer which should really help with the flip at the bottom. This drill should help you feel what your body should be doing at impact: ▶ this video
