In terms of fixing it, id highly recommend watching this video from James Wiltshire ▶ this video The coach, Liam Robinson, goes through why being right arm dominant is so dangerous and leads to all manner of issues. I see so much in your swing is exactly what Liam describes and he explains why and how to fix it.
