Good foundation! Takeaway is too inside, which leads to being flat at the top. Your trail arm then gets stuck behind your body on the downswing, making it awkward through impact. In addition, you don’t turn your lower body back at all on the backswing, leading to the lower body being way ahead on the downswing. This is a good starting point to get it on track: ▶ this video

Start with your takeaway. You are rolling the club inside and getting the shaft to horizontal (pointing outside the ball line). When you get to the top of your backswing your only option is to come in steep and over the top. Work on this: ▶ this video

Take my thoughts with a grain of salt as I am not a great player and don’t have a technical swing by any means. However, I’m noticing your take back is very shallow. I’ve seen different pros and videos talk about how that could affect the down swing - so maybe try to focus on taking the club more straight back versus around ▶ this video

Honestly for a 20 handicap that's a pretty good swing. Now keep in mind I'm not coach or anything but you look a little flat at the top of your swing. Here's a good video for working on the top of your swing ▶ this video
