Definitely not still. There should be some dynamic motion. Here’s a good descriptive video then an example of Nelly Korda’s swing. The lead hip/leg pulls everything down and around. I know the dropping the hands is popular right now but feel like it’s misleading. Here’s Nelly and you can see her lead arm pretty much stays in line with her shoulders throughout the downswing. ▶ this video

You have a BIG over the top move that can be fixed but a lot needs to change. 1) your position at the top of your swing is awesome. Your initial move from here needs to be right elbow falls down to right hip THEN rotate. ▶ this video 2) at impact, your sternum and shoulders should be square to the ball. ▶ this video Nelly Korda’s swing for reference ▶ this video
