Kind of a nitpick but wanted to mention cause it’s something I’m working on. Draw a vertical line from trail knee cap down to group at setup and notice how your trail knee moves into the hitting area in your down swing. This will cause inconsistent strikes because your brain will be worried about your hands running into your knee in the down swing. Keeping trail knee flexed (even a tiny bit) in the back swing and …

A few things I noticed… 1. Your tempo changes a bit from swing to swing. Take a deep breath, and slow down that backswing a little. 2. You’re over swinging a little bit, which is causing a chicken wing. Tell yourself “I’m only going to take 75% of my swing.” In your head you will think you’re barely swinging and your carry numbers will go down but it’ll get better from that point on. 3. Your first move should be …

Honestly, it's not a bad swing. Looks like just a number of small things rather than something big. I think you're standing just a bit too close to the ball and it's cascading into some other issues that you've figured out how to mitigate: - Inside takeaway. You get the club back down below the plane on downswing, but it can eventually cause inconsistencies with pull hooks and occasional blocked shots - At top of …

Hi. See the image comparing you and rory at impact. [preview.redd.it] Your swing is mostly arms and it seems like you are trying to have an inside path but you are really just uncomfortably swinging your arms around your body. This robs power and accuracy. See video. This is what it looks like. ▶ this video Your body rotation creates the path, not your arms. Hips and chest fire first on the downswing, arms just …

FWIW this isn't a great angle to assess your lag (or lack thereof) through downswing. Would recommend a Face on recording at hip height for that. Personally I don't see lag as an issue. I do see you losing your spine angle, early extending as some people call it. Through impact you are coming up. Pause your video at :13, :14, and :15 and look at the angle of your spine. You do need to straighten, but you're getting …

It should have a little flex imo but there are people who straighten it but the they immediately flex it to start the downswing. The downswing should be instigated by the lower body and weight transfer. This means pushing off your right leg and getting your weight moving forward through the swing which is hard to do with a locked out back knee. Try jumping with straight legs. It is really difficult. What ends up …

You start out with the shift vertical, up and down, club head obviously on the lower end of it. Six o’clock. As you take it away into your backswing, there is a point in time where the shaft is now horizontal, parallel to the ground. 9 o’clock. In your video here, as you get there, the club head has already disappeared off camera to the left. The shaft is horizontal, and pointing to the left in the video, pointing …

Backswing - plane looks pretty good. Hands get a little high and the club gets a little over the line at the top of the seing. Recommend shortening it up just a little. Left knee is kicking forward a bit too much (towards the ball). Downswing is fairly steep. Watch some videos on shallowing in transition. This will be made easier by a better position at the top. At impact, you kind of lose some spine angle and stand …

If you look at your video on the downswing you will notice that you right shoulder and right hip rotate in concert. This type of swing will always result in a slice and will almost always cause you to be falling backwards. Watch this video of ▶ this video and you will notice that his right shoulder and hip and moving independently. His right hip is rotating and his shoulder is moving down.

Your trail knee looks like it's straightening losing flex near the top of your swing and straightening again into impact. Look at Rory's in comparison. At both the top of his swing and at impact I think he has more trail knee bend than you: ▶ this video Something to consider...you may be able to get a bit more pelvic tilt vs tilt coming from your spine at impact. Could help your back out.
