I suck at golf but the guys in this video are wonderful at golf. I'm seeing your spine get out of alighment on the backswing which is leading to problems on the downswing. [pga coach teaches spinal alignment] (▶ this video .... I might be old now. Can't figure out how to cleanly create the hyperlink. Anyways, it's a long watch but a fantastic one for any level of golfer. As always, lessons are the best resource.
