You setup the ball too close to the hosel and your hands do not return to the same place they start at setup. This video helped me when I had a bout of the hosel shanks ▶ this video

Yes. Get the club going on a better path. You are the fixed point of the swing. If you throw the hands out the club goes out and the momentum of the club will pull you onto your toes. Trying to sit on the heels in the swing will actually make that easier for your body to do. The body is just seeking balance to offset the forces of the golf swing ▶ this video Porzak as always makes this very digestible. Fantastic …

That ball went nice and straight. What's the problem? Let me guess, the other balls didn't go straight. 😃 Seriously, I've been working on a similar problem. You swing your hands towards the ball which causes your over the top and probably pushing shots out left. This video really helped me. The path of the hands should not be towards the ball. ▶ this video

▶ this video This is a good video on hand path and you can look through his stuff and others for early extension. EE is usually a result of other stuff going on though, so if you stop throwing your hand so far out you’ll likely not have to stand up through impact to find the ball. Good luck

Do this religiously and if you're over the top you'll smash the stick. Took me hundreds and hundreds of balls to eventually start making decent contact but it's a way of enforcing the right path. Don't be disheartened if at first you can't hit the ball like me ▶ this video

Your tempo is nice. Something to work on: You're letting the clubhead get too far outside your hands and sucked back behind your body early in the takeaway. When you get to the top, your trail arm is getting beyond your trail heel-- which makes getting stuck more likely than not. I'd imagine your right miss is because of that-- simply not enough time, consistently, to square the clubface. I like to think of the …

There’s always more going on than just one thing but to add to some other comments I would suggest getting your hand path sorted out. The more consistent you can get the hand path will help overall with ball striking. ▶ this video

Context is super key here, that left miss is from a lack of depth in the hands on the way up. They get nearly vertical on the way to the top, which doesnt lead to over the top but it does kick the hands out as you start getting closer to impact. Hands out means a more vertical shaft and a more vertical shaft, just like an uphill lie, changes the angle of the face to closed and promotes a left ball. You are clearly a …

You’re standing too close to the ball. Ball should be lined up with the toe of your club. I would work on your hand path. In your take away, your hands go out and away from you. They should move straight back along your feet line. Downswing look how high and away from your body hands are. Watch this and his other videos on hand path in the take away: ▶ this video
