I see a few things but first thing you should do is try not to take away to the inside. I would explain it but this video does a great job ▶ this video For more advice and how to fix the problems go to GolfVids.org where a PGA Coach will help. Use code: Reddit10 for 10% off your lesson.

Nobody is mentioning the one thing, all P2 parallel to the ground the club is inside your hands. Your taking the club too far inside on your take away and the only move in return is come back over the top. Here is a video to help ▶ this video

I suggest working on your takeaway. The club gets “behind” you very quickly instead of staying in front of your body. From there it’s tough to be consistent. Your swing is VERY good for only playing for a year! Keep up the good work! ▶ this video ▶ this video

Inside takeaway. Your wrists roll hard inside early. Try to never roll your wrists. Just rotate your shoulder to get it to the top. ▶ this video

That makes sense. I'll work on that feeling. I use the swing profile app and have a video of Tiger I use to compare against. I draw a vertical line by his hands, and you're right he takes the hands inside while mine really go out and disconnect. Here's a video I thought might be helpful for drilling the feeling: ▶ this video
