Your swing definitely needs a big rework. It rolls way inside by P2 and on the downswing comes outward and is extremely steep. Your face is also very closed. I mean this in as nicest possible way, but there's a series of faults that you need to address before you really get away from being steep. Fixing steep will still leave you with a lot of faults and a struggle for consistency. The steepness and slice are just symptoms of the faults.
