Don't think about turning your torso at all, its all lower body. Also your club is too verticle at the top it should feel like you're wrapping the club around your shoulder and bumping the shaft against your right arm on the down swing. This will get you into perfect position. Also make sure youre head is ahead of the ball. wherever your head is , that'll be the low point. watch this vid for more info ▶ this video
