I’m certainly the furthest thing from a golf coach. But one drill that really helped my inside takeaway was taking that nice green range bucket you’ve got there and placing it upside down about 2 ft directly behind the ball. On your backswing make sure the club head goes outside of the bucket, and then on the downswing the inside of the bucket. Video: ▶ this video

You bet. Golfs hard I’m working on mine a lot too. I don’t like all the YouTube like ‘fix this one thing to play better! ‘ hype stuff but this drill really helped me understand my takeaway and shallow the club more. The outside the bucket part is kinda what the feel of the takeaway should be , I think it’s relevant to yours here. But you def have a good move I’m jealous ▶ this video

▶ this video I’m a lefty and this helped me stop my outside swing path. Having a stronger top hand helped too (having the “v” that forms from your thumb and pointer finger pointing towards your left shoulder.

This. And takeaway is too inside. Try taking it out away from you so the club head is furthest from your hands. Also watch these two videos then Go to the range. ▶ this video ▶ this video

Here’s what I’ve been working on - notice the first thing you do in the backswing is roll your forearms. If you pause at where the shaft is parallel to the ground on the backswing the club head is way behind you. That’s super super open, and it causes you to come in steep and cast/flip your wrists at impact. I have been doing the same thing and just realized that it is most likely the cause to all my problems. …

Out to In and very steep. This drill will help you get to shallowing your club and go more in to out ▶ this video. You're shanking a lot because your driving the heel of the club to the ball rather than the face of the club. So like 50% of your impact is going to be on the heel.
