Takeaway is too far inside like just about everybody else on the planet. The classic "snatching the club away with hands and arms. There are about 9 million takeaway/backswing videos about on YouTube and Instagram so trial and error until you find one that works. The issue is that your arm swing is flat to your spine angle, so you're way too deep at P3.. A good way to feel this is to take the back of your left hand, put it on your right elbow, and then make a backswing. This will force your trail elbow to stay connected in front of your body, which won't let the club get sucked behind. Here are some videos ▶ this video ▶ this video ▶ this video
