Dude, you're really close. A lot of good things about this swing. Good setup, athletic move, good tempo 👌 Your swing has been subtly corrupted by the ▶ this video, so your arms are a little disconnected from your turn but not dramatically so. ▶ this video Athletic motion golf is the key for most mechanics question. They have 3d tracking of tons of PGA tour pros and always show what’s happening with 3d models NOT what you see from a single camera angle which can be deceiving. Also YouTube “the arm swing myth”, it’s what you’re talking about mostly

You have very little shoulder turn, you’re just laying your left arm across your chest / chin. You’ll get more power if you make a full turn. Feel like your right arm is pushing the club handle away from your body (away from target) as you come to the top of the backswing. There are a lot of great videos out there about the backswing illusion. Your arms basically raise and lower the club but it’s the chest that …

The athletic motion golf channel on YouTube has the actual 3D motion capture data from dozens and dozens of pros and high level amateurs. So they would be a great resource. They don't have a single video but they have it broken out if you search. Start with Grip, then their videos on a correct backswing, then on a correct downswing. They have some videos that get into the weeds a little bit but you can skip many …

One thing that stood out to me is how pinned you keep your right elbow throughout the swing. There has to be an element of arm lift in the backswing. Otherwise, you’ll end up with a late compensation to get some amount of power. That is why your your head is dropping and left shoulder is dipping. You are trying to get the club up somehow. Here’s a good video on it (particularly step 2): ▶ this video

1) Work on your grip and setup fundamentals! Nothing else matters until you get this right. And it's just the setup, there's no swing to worry about, there is no excuse why you couldn't have a great setup in very little time. Practice at home in front of a mirror. Do it every day for 10min a day before bed. And go through your routine before every.single.shot at the range 1.1) ▶ this video 1.2) ▶ this video 1.3) ▶ …

Shooting a 44 on the front nine is pretty good: better than most actually. Generically, course management and putting are the fastest way to lower your handicap. As far as your video, a few things stand out and can be fixed over time. 1. Coming over the top and not clearing your hips on your downswing and using your arms. Your backswing isn't bad; just short, but my gut feeling is it could be higher and will improve …
