Not a pro, but you don't have any depth in your backswing. Your hands are over your toes at the top of the backswing and they're very high. Ideally they would be more over the heel and your arms level-ish with your shoulders. With little depth and high hands, you have no choice to come down super steep and over the top to the ball.
