Your take away is very inside. This can make it difficult to hit the ball well. Look at diagrams of where players like Tiger & Rory are at easy point in their backswing. Good good labs has a really helpful exercise on "the perfect take away". Helped me a good bit. ▶ this video

What really helped me is resetting and starting from the set up and takeaway. Worked on literally only takeaway for over a month. My swing is much more in to out now! I’d start from the beginning and work on setup/takeaway. I’d address this with a coach, but if you can’t check this video ▶ this video

You are taking the club WAY inside in the takeaway, and chicken winging that right arm and bending the left at the top. Keep your right elbow close to your ribcage, left arm straight through the swing, and try not to roll your wrists as much in the backswing. This video explains it better than I can and will also leave you with a couple good drills to try out ▶ this video

classic in to out swing, step one, understand the takeaway, watch videos on this first part of the swing, most important, then you need to learn to reverse this club path, now you will be steeper on the backswing you can come from the inside on the way down and hit the ball from behind you. ▶ this video and then ▶ this video Also for stance, let go of the club with your right hand and let your arm hang, if it hangs …

I struggled (still do tbh) with an inside takeaway and has been pretty much my main swing focus recently. I'm still a little inside but way better than a few months ago. Swing feels infinitely better after getting less inside and getting used to it. At first, it will feel like you're chopping wood, and will feel terrible. I'll try and show you what I'm talking about visually but there are probably YouTube videos …

Hey dude, just a follow-up since I know I threw a lot at you before. I saw this video and I think it might help you. ▶ this video If you pause your video about 6.5 seconds in, look at how inside your club is. I went through this exact same issue years ago, and I felt like breaking that habit completely changed my swing. Hopefully it helps you.
