Porzak has the best takeaway videos. Here are two of his shorts that hit the main points that will help you immediately. From there search YouTube for Porzak videos on almost any topic and they’re all gold. ▶ this video ▶ this video

You 100% should go get lessons. Not trying to be a dick but your mechanics overall are pretty bad. I am hoping you were keeping your feet close together for a drill or something but it kind of seems like that’s how you set up. Your feet should be shoulder width apart. Your mechanics need a lot of work. Your wrist hinge is insanely bad. When you hinge your wrists as much as you are you are never going to consistently …

Put pressure into backswing right before u start takeaway, keeping pressure inside of right foot. Look at your back at top of backswing. It's straight and look at where your left shoulder is. U want to feel like your upper body is moving away from …

Looks to me that your takeaway is very shallow but then you get really steep on the downswing. Try to meet in the middle for both takeaway and down swing. Probably don't need to swing that far back either, just get the shaft pointed straight up, then start swinging down to start with. Going that far back might be throwing your balance out of wack. Make sure your left hand is "flexed" meaning you twist so the back of …

Well yes of course you do, because you currently stand too far, don’t hinge and reach for the ball. These are compensatory moves which happen to help you contact the ball despite your faults. If you think any change will yield instant results then you won’t like the process of improving - typically you will have an adjustment period where you will get worse as it feels odd and you have to hit balls to get used to …
