Firstly, you're too strong for that shaft. I can see the excessive bend at the top of your backswing. You need a stiff flex on that iron, which you're not going to get with a graphite shaft.. Secondly, you're swinging with your arms, and your hips are following. It works, but you have a lot more potential here. I'd start with this ▶ this video
