Best answer.. get some lessons. This sport is difficult and not something you can fix overnight. Takes time and practice to develop the right habits. If your just looking for some beginner help, words on paper may not be the best solution here. But some basic tips on YouTube from a pro couldn't hurt. I'll leave this here. ▶ this video
