I've been fighting inside takeaway myself as well as maintaining my wrist angle from address. What really made it click was trying David Leadbetter's A-Swing takeaway and backswing. (Note I never intended to adopt the A-Swing. I just thought it was interesting.) You can give the backswing part a go as a drill. ▶ this video What I think I see in your swing is a slight about of early extension (body moving towards the …

Spot on. The club head is in a good position on takeaway, but the hands need to stay more parallel to the club head like you say, ie closer to the body. This shows it perfectly ▶ this video

Watch David Leadbetter video on the A-Swing backswing. Even if you don't like the swing overall, his illustration of the backswing is very helpful imo, especially the common mistake of sucking the club inside on the takeaway. ▶ this video

Wayyyy too inside on the take away. You need to have some wrist bend then head to the top with your hips. Try putting a golf ball about 2 ft behind the one ur hitting and on ur back swing knock that ball out of the way. It gets you on a better path going up. Also watch this ▶ this video

This is a pretty short one and helps illustrate what I'm talking about. It's going to feel WEIRD at first. It's going to feel way, way shorter than you're used to swinging. ▶ this video
