Others have given you some good tips, but one i see that definitely needs work is your grip. That top hand needs to be more in your fingers than your palm. Dan Grieve has a great ▶ this video explaining the different ways you can grip the club and hat will best suit you. Also has some great videos to help with short game.

Looks like you're using a baseball grip, which can work, but I'd suggest you watch a video regarding the grip from a reputable source like Dan Grieve. ▶ this video You're also sitting too far back, your hips should be closer to being above your ankles.
